At Ulu Collective, all of our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces created by skilled artisans in Bali. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of each item, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We encourage you to review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re happy to help.

Discrepancies or Issues

If your item arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ulu-collective.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
